FaciliCare’s owner, Tim O’Neil, has more than 17 years of experience in sales and operations. He blends that experience with his entrepreneurial passion to create a high quality service where the customer comes first. Tim has been a sales representative for three major commercial carpet mills, has been trained by the Institute for Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration (IICRC), and has been taught by many of the industries top original equipment manufactures.
While working in the carpet industry, Tim has supplied materials or services to a variety of clients, from large,multimillion-dollar companies, to New England’s largest indoor sporting venues, to small single-store, retail locations. This powerful combination of training and experience gives FaciliCare customers the sense of security in a job well done.
